Elegant Dinner Wedding Package Description

Everything is upgraded in the ultimate romantic wedding package we call the Elegant Dinner Wedding. You can invite up to 30 guests and have a wedding party that includes a best man and/or maid of honor, and a few bridesmaids, groomsmen and ring bearers. We will provide flowers for everyone in the wedding party to wear for the ceremony. Two members of the wedding party will be selected to be the official witnesses and will sign your marriage license as required by Kentucky law.

Your dedicated wedding planner will guide you through the planning process. While the reception and dinner will be held in the formal dining room inside the Mansion, you have the option to hold the wedding ceremony and toast outdoors. We will decorate the wedding ceremony area and provide an altar and podium that’s large enough for the wedding party, and chairs for the guests. We provide the wedding officiant, and you have the ability to customize the different parts of the ceremony such as the opening remarks, readings, vows, ring exchange, pronouncement of marriage and music.  We will furnish enough bubbly and glasses for all guests to participate in a toast immediately after the marriage pronouncement.

Inside the mansion, we will decorate and set up the first floor for the wedding. After the champagne toast, your guests can mingle inside and enjoy non-alcoholic beverages while they find their seat assignment. We will serve a sit-down dinner for all guests, including paired wine, and dinner will be followed by the cutting of the wedding cake as dessert for the evening. The wedding can last for up to 4 hours. After the wedding, we will take care of all the breakdown and cleanup from dinner and the entire event.

Since you will have exclusive, private access to the entire property — Mansion and Carriage House — you can plan your own social time for your overnight guests in any of the common areas, including the Bourbon Room library and Carriage House great room. All the items on our liquor menu will be available for purchase, including wine, bourbon, bourbon flights and cocktails.  Everyone who stays at the inn will have a gourmet breakfast in the morning.

The cost for this package is $10,840 (weekday) and $13,180 (weekend) plus taxes and fees.

The price includes renting all the suites in the mansion and carriage house for one night (weekday) or two nights (weekend). That means you have seven suites that your guests can use to stay overnight. If your guests choose to pay for their overnight accommodations, we will arrange to bill them for their room and tax, and we will deduct that from the final wedding cost.
