Sometimes it’s nice when other people make the decisions for a change. We’ve had some guests stay at the Inn who booked through a travel agency that discovers your preferences and your budget, arranges your vacation, and doesn’t tell you where you’re going until they send you the tickets. We offer a “light” version of that idea for the Kentucky Bourbon Trail in an all-day, all-inclusive Bourbon Trail tour package. It’s our most popular add-on and we even get calls from people who aren’t staying at the Inn and want to book that package (we politely say “No”).
With a little information about the distilleries, you’d ideally like to visit, and if you want to substitute a horse farm tour for one distillery tour, we make all the arrangements. We partner with an excellent local tour company to provide you with an entire day of tours, tastings, horses and food. All you have to do is get yourself out of your comfy bed and be ready when your private tour guide comes to pick you up. We try our best to get tickets to the tours you’d like to go on, but tickets are becoming scarce as the popularity of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail increases, so we stay in contact as we make the arrangements.
While it’s great to have someone else take care of all the details, it probably means you have a few questions about the Bourbon Trail tour package, such as what’s on the agenda and how it all works. So we put together answers to the questions we get the most about our all-inclusive Bourbon Trail tour package and put it on the website for you to read at your leisure. If you still have questions after reading the FAQs, you can call us or message us through the website and we’ll get you the information you need.
Our guests who come for the Bourbon Trail tell us think it’s a real treat to be handed your itinerary for the day, when someone else has made the reservations, bought the tickets, arranged a tour guide, transportation and three meals to create an entire day of fun!
